I am a true believer of second chances. In fact, I might as well be the poster child for them. My Caribbean Summer Search
I have been meaning to look for my next country to visit this summer, which why I have been spending some time on Google to look for the hottest summer destinations for this year. So far my research has been fruitful, and I am now choosing among villas to rent in Barbados, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Anguilla. Now, I am researching about three of these beautiful islands in the Caribbean so that I can decide on where I am going to spend my last weeks of my summer.
I have to check whether one of these islands will have cheap airline fares, because I am still stuck in Thailand at the moment, also I will also need to check whether the locals can speak good English so that I will have no problems getting around the island. It's Going to Be Such a Lovely Trip!
My sister Emily and I have always been in love with history and archeology. She even went so far as to have her master’s in the subject! Every summer, it’s tradition that we visit a new country, and spend at least a month there living in a rented house or something similar. We really enjoy living like the locals do, and using the place as a base for our travels around the country. This year we are looking for a self catering cottage Cornwall. We’re spending six weeks exploring all around the UK and Ireland. We’re both especially interested in Arthurian legends, and the history of the Druids. So we thought Cornwall and Tintagel would be the perfect place to start. I look forward to our yearly trips so much! I’m very fortunate to have such a wonderful traveling companion in my sister, and someone to explore all my interests with. We plan to keep doing these yearly trips, even someday with our children when they are old enough and are interested in history.

Our Cosy Family Holiday in Crete
For our family holiday this year we all chose to visit Crete and decided to go self catering so chose one from mumerous Crete luxury villas. We decided to go down the self catering route this year as it suited our requirements considering we had two small children to look after. We were all very much in awe of the high standard in our villa considering the very reasonable price we had paid to rent it. We began most days beside the pool where we would enjoy an al fresco family breakfast before setting off exploring around this beautiful island. We visited in June and the temperature was just right for us and we all managed to return to the UK with healthy looking tans.
