How pesticides can kill your garden

21 May

Anything that is introduced artificially into a natural system will have debilitating effects later on in the future. This can be also true of pesticides since strictly speaking pesticides are a form of poison to kill pests, and poison kills in whatever form or label you put on it. However some steps can be taken to prevent damage for your Los Gatos Landscape Design. First of all read the instructions. Many failures of pesticide use can be attributed to not reading instructions prior to application. Also most of the time we fail to look at the expiry date of the product. An expired pesticide can either be less toxic or worse, more lethal once the expiry date has been passed. And this is not good news for either you or your garden. Sometime also we may have bought the wrong pesticide which is a common case. It is not uncommon to see some new gardeners use household bug spray directly onto their plants without knowing that this can kill the plant itself.
